we would like to inform you about useful information about the sales of our fireplace products in the Netherlands. Romotop spol. s r.o. as a copyright owner and manufacturer of fireplace inserts, distributes products in the Netherlands through an official distributor and its authorized dealers who have entered into a sales and distribution agreement with our company. All information can be obtained from our contact sales@romotop.cz. These contractual dealers are regularly trained, informed about new legislation, on news and innovations. This ensures a high standard of accompanying services and end-user awareness of the product. Targeted selection of cooperating dealers is a guarantee of quality and service provided in the Netherlands, and at the same time guaranteeing the good reputation of a quality Czech producer.
We must alert you that Romotop products are offered on the territory of the Netherlands without our authorization and by non-contractual and unskilled dealers. These resellers are not adequately qualified, trained and are unable to provide an adequate standard of quality and functionality, as well as related services, including expert end-user awareness. They are not allowed to promote or sell the collection of fireplace inserts ANGLE, DESIGN, HEAT. This violates good morals of competition within the meaning of § 2976 et seq. The Civil Code, that is, unfair competition and partly parasitism on the reputation of the Romotop name and products.
Website kachelkopen.shop does not have permission to advertise the products of the Romotop brand or to sell them. Products that will be delivered to customers in this way are not subject to warranty and are not supported by service of any kind. We would also like to inform, that abuse of graphic material is a violation of copyright law and will not be tolerated.
